"Change is the only constant.
Just as the terrain is reshaped by time, we too are refined by the evolution of our surroundings."

My art career began at age three, when my father found me in an “artistic mood,” swirling my mother’s bright red lipstick across their newly decorated bedroom wall. Given that early start, my parents weren’t surprised when I chose to study Fashion and Textile Design at Canterbury College of Art.
My passion for textiles eventually led me to a 30-year career in interior design, working primarily across London and the South East.
In 2014, I moved to the Scottish Highlands for a change of pace that finally allowed me to prioritise my art.
I am endlessly inspired by the dramatic landscape here, especially the shifting colours of the seasons.
I spend much of my time in the hills with a sketchbook and camera, though I prefer working en plein air, I use my sketches as studio inspiration rather than relying on photos.
While I also work in oils and watercolours, my primary focus is mixed media, which I find the most expressive way to capture the world around me.
